Shipping Policy for Wave Tech Electronics

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options based on your location. Below are our standard shipping methods and estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): This is our most affordable option for domestic orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): For faster delivery, choose Expedited Shipping at checkout.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for select items and locations. Choose this option at checkout for next-day delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and shipping carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $150 within the contiguous U.S.
- For orders under $150, the cost of standard shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Expedited and Next-Day shipping options will have additional charges, which will be displayed during checkout.
4. International Shipping
Wave Tech Electronics currently ships to select international locations. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are placing an order for international delivery, please review the estimated shipping fees and import duties at checkout.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you have any questions regarding shipping to these types of addresses, please reach out to our customer service team.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you have trouble tracking your package, feel free to contact us for assistance.
7. Shipping Address
Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Wave Tech Electronics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
9. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment so we can resolve the issue promptly.
