You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a return.

  • For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, software subscriptions, or services.
  • Personalized or customized products.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. You will receive a return authorization and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories or documentation.
  4. Ship the item back to the provided address. Return shipping fees may apply for non-defective products.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • For items that were purchased with a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please return the original product according to our return policy and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
