  • Used - Like New: Products listed as "Used - Like New" are in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of wear. These products may arrive in either original or generic packaging, and they have been inspected and tested to ensure they function as expected.

  • Used - Good: Products listed as "Used - Good" show some signs of use, such as minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections. These products may also arrive in either original or generic packaging and have been tested to ensure full functionality.

  • Refurbished: Refurbished products are items that have been professionally restored to like-new condition, aside from the fact that they are refurbished. They may show minor signs of wear but have been fully tested and restored to original working order. Refurbished products may come in either original or generic packaging.
